How I Support Healing Naturally (Food, Sunlight, Movement & Faith)
I’ve come to believe that the body is not broken — it’s responsive.
When we give it the right inputs, it moves toward balance on its own. Not perfectly, and not without challenge, but consistently. Over time, this understanding has shaped how I approach my health, my postpartum experience, and the way I live day to day as a mother.
This video is an extension of my food philosophy, but it goes beyond what we eat. It’s about how we live.
I share the practices that have become foundational in my life — getting outside daily, prioritizing sunlight, walking with my baby, and building movement into my routine through simple, physical work. I talk about the importance of starting the day without digital noise, being intentional with phone use, and creating space for a slower, more grounded rhythm.
I also touch on the role of faith, prayer, and gratitude in my life, and how acknowledging a higher power has brought a sense of alignment and steadiness to my health and mindset. Alongside that, I share my perspective on modern healthcare — where I’ve chosen to take a more preventative, root-cause approach and lean into more traditional, ancestral ways of living whenever possible.
This isn’t medical advice. It’s a personal reflection on what it looks like to trust the body, live closer to nature, and create an environment that supports healing rather than working against it.
If you’re feeling disconnected from your health or looking for a more grounded, intentional way of living, this is a conversation worth exploring.
