Who I Am, What I Believe, & Why I’m Here

This space didn’t come from nowhere.

It’s the result of years of thinking, questioning, and slowly reshaping how I see health, family, and the way we live our lives. I wasn’t always clear on what I believed, but over time, certain things became undeniable — that where we place our attention matters, that how we live day to day matters, and that meaningful change starts much closer to home than we’ve been led to believe.

I come from a blue-collar, land-based background where hard work, responsibility, and self-reliance weren’t ideas — they were just how life was lived. That foundation has shaped how I approach everything now, from health and nutrition to pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.

This video is a more personal look at what I’m building here and why.

This channel won’t fit neatly into one category. It’s a reflection of a way of living — one that values ancestral knowledge, thoughtful decision-making, and a willingness to step outside of systems that don’t feel aligned. I talk about food, birth, family, self-sufficiency, and what it means to build a life that feels grounded and intentional in a world that often feels anything but.

I’m not here to have all the answers. I’m here to speak honestly, stay rooted in what I believe, and create something that feels real — for myself, my family, and for anyone who resonates with this way of thinking.
